As Houstonians we know all about flooding. One of our flooding mitigation strategies is a gigantic underground tank, which traps rainwater and slowly releases it over time. The other one is swales. Ours will run the entire length of the project along Brady and Delmar streets. When we're done landscaping them they'll look GREAT! And help mitigate flooding.
