I am a child and adolescent psychiatrist. I currently live in Studio City, CA.

I was born here. My parents emigrated from Hungary. I worked at their Hungarian restaurant. It was called Hortobagy (for the famous plains in Hungary). From them, I learned what a hard work ethic is.

After high school, I moved to Budapest to attend a 6 yr pre-med-med school - Semmelweis University. I loved living in Hungary. It gave me an opportunity to connect with my extended family. I also made friends from all over the world.

I have lived in several places in the US. After medical school graduation, I moved to Reno, NV to complete my general psychiatry residency. I then moved to Seattle, WA to complete my Child Psychiatry fellowship. I lived there for 15 years. I moved back to CA full-time 10 years ago to help care for my elderly mother.

I currently work as a consultant psychiatrist with a non-profit organization called Institute for Redesign of Learning.

My hobbies include hiking and traveling. I also love internal design and art. I am also passionate about yoga.

I have been considering the possibility of living in cohousing for the past 20 years. I would love to be part of and contribute to the community I am living in. I am inspired by the diversity multigenerational cohousing offers.
